CurateWeb publishes information: car listings, dealer rankings, price and popularity data, and curated category and program pages. It is a reference and comparison site. We are not a car dealer, broker, lender, insurer, school, or admissions service, and we are not a party to any transaction you enter into with one.

Vehicle listings, prices, mileage, dealer details, popularity rankings and program information come from third-party sources and are refreshed periodically. Every figure on the site is a snapshot that was accurate when it was collected and may be out of date, incomplete or wrong by the time you read it. Cars sell, prices change, and feeds contain errors.

Nothing here is an offer to sell a vehicle or a quote of any price. Confirm the details — price, availability, condition, fees and terms — with the dealer or provider before acting on anything you read here. Statistics such as median prices and rankings are derived from the data we track, not the entire market.

The site links to dealer inventory pages, school sites and other third-party destinations. We don't control, endorse or take responsibility for them, their content, their pricing, or how they treat your information. Their terms and privacy policies govern once you leave our site.

Some pages offer a form that matches you with education programs. If you submit one, you confirm the information is your own, accurate, and that you are at least 16 and legally able to agree, and you consent to the program partners the form is for contacting you at the details you provided — including by phone, email and text — even if your number is on a do-not-call list. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase or enrollment, and you can withdraw it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for what we do with the information and how to have it deleted.

The site's design, text and compilations of data are ours or our licensors'. Listing content, photographs, logos and program details remain the property of the dealers, providers and data suppliers they come from. You may link to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution; anything more needs our written permission.

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CurateWeb will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or amounts you spend or lose in dealings with a dealer, school or other third party you found through the site. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

We may change the site, or these terms, at any time. When we change the terms we'll update the effective date at the top of this page; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version. We may also suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
